WHAT IF MY CHURCH INFO CHANGES?
No problem! We've got you covered. In our Account Management Console (must be registered to view), we have a link that brings you to a form where you can change any of your information (e.g. times of services, artwork, contact person, address, etc.).
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
New customers pay a one-time fee. This includes account setup, creation of your personalized FirstStepsToJesus website, and six months hosting. After six months, all new customers are automatically enrolled into our month-to-month hosting subscription plan. This is a recurring subscription that ensures your site remains active for as long as you want. You may cancel your recurring hosting plan anytime that you want.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
At this point, we accept credit cards through our online payment gateway—Stripe. Stripe is a widely recognized and highly secure online payment processor.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES?
Your hosting subscription will not expire unless we fail to receive payment. If your credit card is declined, your account will lapse. We will attempt to notify you of your lapsed status. If, however, we do not receive payment within 14 days, we will automatically cancel your service and remove your website.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY WEBSITE AND HOSTING?
If you want to cancel your website and hosting, all you have to do is go to the Account Management Console (viewable to registered account holders only), there you'll find a link that will take you to a page where you can cancel your account with just a click of a button.
HOW SECURE IS MY WEBSITE AND PAYMENT INFO?
We use standard security measures to protect your site from being hacked. Your payment info is secured by Stripe—an industry leader in online payment processing.
